On Nov 27th 2019, Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Material Integration Base phase II project held a ceremony in PC Industry Park of Qinzhou Port Economy Technology Developing Zone, to kick off the project construction.
Scope of the phase II construction shall include 750kt/a propylene & downstream processing integrated project and caustic soda/PVC project, scheduled to reach completion in Jun 2022.
