On Dec 23rd 2019, environment impact evaluation data for Guizhou Bijie 2Mt/a coal to clean liquid fuel project ware published on line.
Construction site of the project was settled in Nayong County Coal-Power-Chemical Integration Industry Base, Bijie City of Guizhou Province. The project is estimated of CNY35.937bn capital investment, including 3.825bn on environment expenses, or a proportion of 10.64% in the total. The project is designed to use coal as starting material for clean liquid fuel production in a nameplate capacity of 2Mt/a, actual output will be 2269.6kt/a, composed of mainly 1341.6kt/a gasoline, 700.2kt/a diesel, 111.6kt/a LPG, 116.2kt/a LNG, and the byproducts of solid sulfur, sulfuric acid, light and heavy alcoholic mixes etc. Construction scope shall cover related utility, auxiliary and environment facilities as well.
