Global polycarbonate (PC) production processes are divided into phosgene and non-phosgene ways, with increasing environmental requirements, as well as the stricter control of phosgene, non-phosgene technologies are more and more concerned.
The ideal non-phosgene process is based on carbon dioxide, ethylene oxide and bisphenol A as raw materials to produce high purity, high performance PC. The process not only achieved PC environmental protection production, but also consumption of greenhouse gas - CO2, parallel production of ethylene glycol. It has highly potential competitiveness.
