Dongguan Advanced Electronic Technology, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, is one of earlier companies which engages in research and industrialization of separator coating in China, successfully developed technologies which coating nano Al2O3 ceramic layers on polyolefin separators. Currently, the company can batched, stabled completes 5-20μm polyolefin separator coating process, coated layer minimum thickness can reach 0.5μm, technology level is leading in China; took the lead in developing PVDF dot coating process, which increased cycling and rate performance of LIB; successfully developed oily PVDF, PMMA and poly aramid fiber etc. new coated products, and formed mass production capacity.
